    Music discovery... (Bomba!)

Post by Poggy on 26/11/2015, 13:43

    ...or should that be RE-discovery?!

As Bomb was looking for some different music to listen to, I thought I would share my find!

M announced, the other night, that The Cure are touring in Nov 2016...and how he has always wanted to see them. I was a bit 'meh' about them and said to him that I only new a couple of tracks.

He has loads of their stuff and so played me some.(actually lots of it!)
It turns out that I knew 99% of what he played me! eek I was so amazed...and I realized that I really like it!

Soooo....I think we will be booking tickets when they go on sale tomorrow.

Maybe give them a listen Bomb - although I bet you like them already!!

This is what I am currently listening too - I love it - although it is vair long!!

Would be a Mission (boom boom) to get pics - they are "real photos" from a film camera and they are up the attic somewhere. Think some friend of mine linked me into one on FB ages ago...will see if I can find it

    We didn't get tickets!
The only ones left were a bit expensive for us (and terrible seats). We would like to see them but do definitely draw the line at paying over £50 per ticket for a group that isn't current.

Ho hum - they might release some more dates.

Anyone else manage to get tickets?
