    Loving the name change fluffy!

I will be in Tenerife for Halloween. Don't think they make much of it in Spain, certainly not where my aunt lives anyway, so it won't be a very seasonal one this year.

I have yet to get round to changing my name - will do bat when I have caught up on all the threads.

We normally decorate our porch to encourage Trick or Treaters, but we haven't had a single one for the past 2 years. unhappy

This year I prepared by buying the sweeties but now we have been invited out.

Years ago, one of Mark's friends had his own home cinema in his garage! It was amazing and *just* like going into a teeny tiny cinema! Anyway - every Halloween, a group of us friends would congregate there from midday and watch back to back horror movies until about 2am!
We would all dress up and have lots of great food and the films we would watch were full on non-mainstream (sometimes very disturbing) horror.
    We used to love it.
Sadly, he and his wife divorced and so he had to sell the house with the cinema and the Halloween evenings stopped.
However, we have had an invitation to go to his this year - now with new wife, new house, but no home cinema- but he does have one of those massive curved TV things.
Sooooo...we are off over there to watch some horror movies - although now it is from 5.30pm and I am sure it will not go on for as long!!

I don't think I will full on dress up, but I would like to do some kind of face painting for us both.

I am really looking forward to it!

I've bought a few decorations, sweeties have been bought too (although some might need replaced) and hopefully we will get some guisers this year. Only got a couple last year and B was really disappointed as she had been out to a few of the neighbours and had loved it.

We will be dooking for apples after our dinner of witches fingers witch has become our wee tradition. Hopefully this year A won't try to drown her sister or throw nuts at her head!!!

B is really looking forward to Halloween this year, last year I had to pick her up from school early as she got whacked in the face by accident and they thought she'd cracked her cheekbone or eye socket so had to get her checked out, only damage was a massive black eye witch saved me doing make up
